Mobile Notary Questions & Answers
A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your location instead of requiring you to visit an office. We come to your home, workplace, hospital, nursing home, jail, or any other convenient location to notarize your documents. This saves you time and is especially helpful for clients who are homebound, hospitalized, or have busy schedules.
Our standard mobile notary fee is $50, which includes travel to your location within the Greater Tulsa metro area and notarization of your documents. After-hours appointments (5 PM to 9 PM or weekends) are $75. Locations outside our standard service area may include an additional travel fee. Call (918) 830-3888 for a quote.
We serve the Greater Tulsa metropolitan area including Tulsa, Bixby, Broken Arrow, Catoosa, Glenpool, Jenks, Owasso, Sand Springs, and Sapulpa. Our base is in Jenks, which puts us within 20 to 30 minutes of most locations in the metro. If your location is outside these areas, call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
You can schedule an appointment by calling or texting (918) 830-3888, emailing [email protected], or using our online booking system on our website. We offer same-day appointments when available and can often accommodate urgent requests.

Remote Online Notarization allows you to get documents notarized through a secure video call from anywhere. Oklahoma law authorizes RON, which means your documents are just as legally valid as an in-person notarization. You will need a valid government-issued photo ID and a device with a camera and microphone. RON is ideal for clients who are traveling, out of state, or prefer a virtual appointment.
