Mobile Notary Service:

What We Notarize

Power of Attorney Notarization

A power of attorney is one of the most important legal documents you may ever sign. It grants someone you trust the authority to make financial, legal, or medical decisions on your behalf. Because of the significance of this document, Oklahoma law requires it to be notarized.

We travel to your location to notarize general power of attorney, durable power of attorney, medical power of attorney, and limited power of attorney documents. Whether you are planning ahead or dealing with an urgent situation, we can often accommodate same-day appointments.

Real Estate and Title Document Notarization

Buying or selling a home involves a stack of documents that require notarization — from loan packages and deeds to title transfers and closing disclosures. On-the-Go Notary works with homeowners, buyers, sellers, title companies, and real estate agents to ensure every signature is properly notarized and legally binding.

We are available for closings at your home, at the title company, or at any location that works for all parties involved. Evening and weekend appointments are available to fit your closing schedule.

Wills and Estate Planning

Estate planning documents protect your family and your assets. Wills, living trusts, healthcare directives, and beneficiary designations often require notarization to be legally valid in Oklahoma. We handle these appointments with extra care and sensitivity, understanding that they often happen during difficult or emotional times.

We are experienced in notarizing estate planning documents at homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and attorney offices throughout the Tulsa area.

Medical Document Notarization

Medical situations often require notarized documents on short notice — healthcare directives, living wills, medical power of attorney, HIPAA authorizations, and hospital release forms. We understand the urgency and are available for same-day and after-hours appointments when medical needs cannot wait.

We regularly travel to hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and private homes to notarize medical documents for patients and their families.

I-9 Employment Verification

Federal law requires employers to verify the identity and work eligibility of every new hire using Form I-9. An authorized representative, such as a notary public, can complete Section 2 of the I-9 on behalf of the employer. This is especially useful for remote employees or companies without a local HR presence.

On-the-Go Notary provides I-9 verification services for businesses of all sizes across the Tulsa metro area. We can meet your new hire at their home, your office, or any agreed-upon location.

Business Contracts and Legal Document Notarization

From partnership agreements and NDAs to affidavits and court filings, many business and legal documents require notarization to be enforceable. We work with business owners, attorneys, law firms, and corporate clients to provide reliable, on-site notarization services.

Our flexible scheduling means we can meet you at your office, a conference room, a coffee shop, or wherever is most convenient for your workday.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Cannot meet in person? Oklahoma law authorizes remote online notarization, allowing you to get documents notarized through a secure video call from anywhere. RON is ideal for clients who are traveling, out of state, or simply prefer the convenience of a virtual appointment.

Our RON sessions use secure, encrypted technology that meets all Oklahoma legal requirements. You will need a valid government-issued photo ID and a device with a camera and microphone. The entire process typically takes 15 to 30 minutes.
